The image shows our color chart loaded for printing on 150cm wide 130gsm Cotton Sateen. The file is 150cm x 150cm jpg RGB over 800 colors. You can provide your own color chart to use for design reference and we print it, you can use wetransfer.com and send it to us.
With digital textile printing, the Pantone color reference system is meaningless. Each fabric should have its own color chart printed, to use as a color reference, the file we provide you can be used with the color picker in PhotoShop for relevant color selection.

This is a huge and very comprehensive color chart laid out for printing on 280-300cm wide fabric. The file is a 270cm x 320cm jpg RGB. It consists of 6 sections. We also print and supply this color chart on 140-150cm wide fabric. In the fabric of your choice.

The placement of 10 cushion covers with mirrored front and back on our 100% cotton half panama fabric, are 9 cushions to finish 45cm x 45cm and one 45cm x 69cm, the total of the printed fabric costs €45 so €4.50 per cushion. This is category 2 on a 140 cm wide fabric where minimum of 50 meters must be ordered. If a 280cm wide fabric is selected, it would be even cheaper per cushion, but the amount of printed fabric will be doubled.
To reach the minimum of 50 meters, order a file (140 cm x 350 cm) x 15 or make a file more (140 cm x 350 cm) and order each file 8 times. The 2 files must have the same dimension.
You can prepare the files in PhotoShop or a similar program at a resolution of 300 pixels per inch and save them in tiff format, for optimum quality. If you upload to our site using the design option, you must use jpg format saved for PC. (max. upload size 512MB)
We have cut and sew facilities if you wish.

Showing how you can fit bedding for digital reactive printing. The image shows the layout on 300 thread count Cotton Sateen of a front duvet cover with flap closure and 2  cushions finished 140cm x 200cm duvet cover. We also have in-house cutting and sewing facilities for bedding and curtains.

DIRECT REACTIVE DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING

Direct digital textile printing is the way all fabrics will be printed in the future.
The maximum beneficiary is the client, who no longer has limits when creating designs. No limit on the use of colors and no repetition size limitations.
We are not the only ones to offer digital direct printing service, we offer reactive printed fabrics.
With digital reactive printing, the colors migrate into the fibers of the fabric. Printed fabrics have softness with strong abrasion resistance. The colors are bright. Reactive printed fabrics can be used for upholstery.
We are 100% ecological in all printing processes. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX 100 certified.
Don’t confuse reactive print fabrics with pigment print fabrics, where the colors stick to the surface and can be a bit dull.
We offer a wide range of B2C and B2B fabrics with a minimum order of 10 meters category 1 and for B2B with a minimum order of 50 meters category 2, even 300 cm wide, used for bed linen and curtains for full width assembly.
